For the past few months, I have had the privilege to photograph families for the cover of a local magazine. Meeting the families is a joy!

Meet the Powell family….

It was a scorcher of a day in July when we met. Summer Thunderstorms had already interrupted our appointment once. Despite the heat, the Powell family were champs. These boys were so friendly and more than willing to participate. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you, but that isn’t always the case for teenage boys, especially when there is a camera involved.

Working with families like these make my job a joy!
